The home we chose needed a new roof among other things and her contact for an inspector gave us a great inspection which enabled us to negotiate the cost of the new roof from the sellers. Spoke to Brittany on the phone in August,flew into Orlando and we spent a day with her looking at 10 or 11 houses.
